Incredibly strong, the pan is a made from a thick, high grade carbon steel which means you get the unique flavour that builds up after multiple uses, helping you achieve a fuller and tastier paella. The material also makes the pan extremely durable – withstanding constant everyday use in kitchens and outdoor cooking areas.
Signature red built-in handles also make the pan easy to move and position, so you’ll easily be able to lift and shake the pan during cooking if required.
Suitable for use with paella burners, open fires and gas hobs (sold separately), the pan is ideal for both home and commercial use.
