This Rational combi oven also includes the innovative iCare AutoDose system – an autonomous cleaning routine which makes cleaning completely autonomous if desired. It starts according to a predetermined schedule and takes the exact required dose necessary for hygienic cleanliness from the integrated solids cleaner. This increases work safety, saves a lot of time for operators, and contributes to HACCP hygiene safety.

This Rational combi steamer is powered by electric and can fit up to six double size (2/1) gastronorm pans inside. 22.4kW, 35A per phase.
