If you’re short on space, the Hobart Twin Minijet oven is a great solution. With all the functionality of a full size combi, you can get precise cooking results and improved efficiency all within a small 525mm wide footprint. Stacked one on top of the other, there’s plenty of capacity – up to 12x 1/1GN in total – ideal for cafés, restaurants and small bakeries.

The Minijet makes cooking easy. From the advanced AirDry+ technology which delivers crispy croissants, to the CoreControl function which ensures precise temperatures throughout the cook – you can count on the Minijet to help you achieve your cooking goals. When required, the Minijet is simple to clean and features a rapid auto cleaning system which completes in just 17 minutes – useful during your end-of-day clean down.
