Designed to be used alongside the Clifton Food Range FL28D Sous Vide Machine, the IG28 Immersion grid keeps food submerged within the water to prevent variances in temperature – especially important when cooking sous vide. Constructed from strong stainless steel, the grid fits perfectly with 22 and 28 litre water baths.
- Immersion grid will ensure that bags are immersed at all times resulting in consistent even cooking. Ideal for long slow cooking times
- Grid clips inside top edge of bath and can be quickly removed in service
- Manufactured from high quality stainless steel which is durable and easily cleaned
