Specifically designed to reliably cook and hold a wide variety of foods, the Hatco Heat Max Portable Round Heated Well offers the versatility of a bain marie, pasta cooker and steamer in one powerful and robust unit. Featuring two 10Ltr independently controlled wells, curry, chilli, pasta and soups can all be cooked and then safely held in the attractive stainless steel pots. Perfect for front of house use in takeaways, sandwich shops, bakeries and canteens.
