Description
The multipurpose Heated Well from Hatco offers the flexibility of food warmers, soup kettles, bain maries, steamers and pasta cookers all in one. With a range of temperature settings, it can boil pasta and soup noodles, steam dim sum, warm and hold soups, currys, gravies and toppings at safe serving temperatures.
- Three temperature set points from 50° to 100°C for warming, steaming and boiling
