The pans 3 layer construction is made up of aluminium between stainless steel and copper, making it easy to clean and maintain whilst providing superior cooking results. A stay-cool handle makes the sauté pan safe and easy to move when on the hob, whilst the induction-ready base provides even more flexibility.
