The Opus 800 heavy duty Induction Top Oven Range offers four powerful 5kW heat zones combined with a large fan assisted oven which can easily accomodate 3 x GN1/1. 6mm thick high impact resistant glass ceramic surface will withstand hard knocks and is easy to clean. The automatic pan detection function cuts power when no pan is present, preventing harm to users, while saving energy
