Need a more intense flame? Activate the boost function to temporarily ramp up an individual heat zone’s power rating to 3kW. A digital display on the top of the E161i shows each zone’s setting, ensuring easy monitoring and adjustments.

With built-in pan detection, the E161i’s induction hob eliminates energy wastage when a pot is absent, even if the heat zone is on. Temperature is precisely controllable, allowing you to change from gentle simmer to high-heat boil almost instantly. Each 250mm heat zone rests upon a robust 6mm toughened glass surface, which is easy to wipe clean.

The 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven boasts twin doors with glass panels and two internal oven lights, so you can easily monitor the cooking progress. With a temperature range of 100°C – 250°C and five adjustable shelf positions (two shelves included), this One Series Induction Range provides greater flexibility when cooking.

For easy installation, the Falcon Dominator One Series Induction Range E161i is supplied on adjustable feet as standard.
