With focused gas heating on the hob and a fan assisted interior that cooks completely uniformly, this Opus 800 Six Burner Oven Range matches up to only the highest of commercial cooking standards. The interior has five separate shelving positions to give you full flexibility over what items you cook and when, with gastronorm pans being equally applicable for cooking should you wish to move prepped foods directly from the counter. All sides of the unit have been double insulated to ensure continued efficiency when cooking as well as to reduce running costs.
