The large double size (2/1) gastronorm compatible fan assisted oven offers plenty of power and capacity for busy commercial establishments, whilst the double glazed doors not only allow monitoring of the cooking process, but also act as efficient insulation – preventing heat loss and saving energy. The top burners offer 5.3kW of cooking power, regulated by the precise front-mounted dial controls.
