Create a stylish carving area for meats and vegetables with the Hatco DCSB400-3624-2 decorative carving station with dual heat lamps. Using powerful 250W bulbs and two effective lamps, the Hatco focuses heat down onto food, helping to keep it at the correct serving temperature whilst also creating an attractive and functional carving display area.
The lamps are fitted with innovative patented telescoping adjustable post pivots, allowing you to position each lamp to wherever the heat is needed. Below, the Swanstone base is heated too, with accurate thermostatic control providing the temperature needed to keep meats ready to serve for extended periods. The station also includes a sizable (914x610mm) cutting board, complete with juice channel, helping you to keep your carving area mess-free.
