The Alto-Shaam Double Pane Rotisserie Holding Cabinet keeps food hot so customers come back for more. Utilising gentle, radiant Halo Heat, the AR-7HE hot holding rotisserie companion cabinet can keep rotisserie chickens and more at precise temperatures for hours without overcooking or drying out. Pair it with the AR-7E rotisserie oven for a system designed for results. Fits 8 full-size sheet pans or up to 24 chicken boats.
- Reach-in companion holding cabinet with non-magnetic stainless-steel construction throughout. The cabinet is controlled by an ON/OFF power switch
- Temperature range – 60° to 200°F (16° to 93°C)
- Solid-state electronic control option simplifies temperature setting, has a clear, easy-to-read LED display, on/off key, up and down arrow keys for temperature adjustment
- Halo Heat – a controlled, uniform heat source that gently surrounds foods for better appearance, taste, and longer holding life
