Set a space for branded meat and another for fried veg with this Half Ribbed Gas Griddle from Lincat. The ribbed and flat plate can both be controlled independently to match the food at any given time, giving you the ability to work off a single zone during quieter hours to reduce energy costs as well. A handy drain hole and catchment drawer filters away excess fat to assist with cleaning, with a heightened splashguard built on to make sure none is spat onto adjoining surfaces.
