The Hallde VCM-42 is a highly reliable professional vertical cutter mixer, designed for high demand sites. Built with a 4 litre stainless steel bowl (1.5 litre net volume), the Hallde allows you to prep more food, faster.
The VCM-42 features a xylex lid and a scraper system with four scrapers, so food is better mixed in first time – no need to manually work the mixture afterwards. The knife unit has two serrated knives with user-exchangeable knife blades. It’s also got two speeds (1500 and 3000 rpm) and pulse function, allowing you to mix at just the speed you want for the best results.
Simple knobs provide user-friendly operation, and as the motor is direct drive, there’s no belts to break or replace – a truly reliable professional cutter mixer.
