Either the flat or ribbed plate can be heated separately to suit the varied demands of your customers, all the while draining excess fat through to a 2.5 litre collection drawer which can be emptied frequently and easily. Ready for operation within minutes and holding its temperature for extended periods, this machine would be a great companion to steakhouses, burger vendors or all-you-can-eat meat grills that require a consistently high output.
