With two different striking surfaces – one with a fine structure for flattening, and the other with teeth for penetrating deeper into the fibres of meats, the hammer lets you achieve the results you’re looking for. The hammer provides a decent weight too, a perfect balance between user comfort and tenderising efficiency. And once you’re all done, the meat hammer can be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.
