Operation couldn’t be easier – just set the temperature using the simple front-mounted dial control and the stove delivers energy-efficient, flame-free induction cooking, so there’s less heat expelled into the kitchen leading to a much more comfortable working environment. It includes pan detection technology, reducing wear and tear on the stove, as well as running costs when there’s no pan in place. And thanks to the strong stainless steel and ceramic glass construction throughout, the whole unit is easy to clean when required.
