Made from robust stainless steel and fingerprint proof plastic, the Ice-O-Matic MFI1255 modular ice machine produces large quantities of flake shaped ice, ideal for food presentation. The antibacterial compound on the interior helps reduce the build of bacteria. The manual self cleaning cycle and easily removed components mean that maintenance and cleaning of the machine is simple.
