Advanced water-cooled ice makers provide improved cooling efficiency in hot kitchens or bars. The IM-30CWNE Hoshizaki Water-Cooled Compact Ice Maker is no different – producing up to 28kg of great quality large ice cubes every day even when temperatures reach up to 40°C. It’s also hugely efficient, using less energy and water to reduce overall running costs. Stainless steel construction alongside removable gaskets ensure the ice maker is easy to clean and maintain.

Hoshizaki recommends that the water-cooled condenser should be connected to a closed circuit recirculating type cooling system utilizing a tower, water chiller or similar. Water make up should be via a ball valve/break tank arrangement.

Please note: limescale can cause serious damage to your ice machine. We recommend a water filter is fitted to reduce limescale and maintain ice quality.
