Accommodate numerous ovenproof and gastronorm dishes on this Victor Hot Plate, capable of warming food to temperatures up to 110°C. Whether required for front of house serving or back of house storage, this unit operates comfortably with minimal running costs and requiring very little in terms of maintenance or cleaning. You can set and modify the temperature by use of the manual dial at the front of the base.
