Featuring plate detection technology, heat is only applied when a plate or gastronorm tray is in place, meaning fuss-free use and running costs are reduced. For further efficiency, you can choose to either heat half or the whole grilling area. Reaching effective heat temperature just 20 seconds too, allowing a faster service and less monitoring. Stainless steel construction throughout ensures durability and easy cleaning.
