With two completely separate, independently controlled tanks and baskets, you’ve got the flexibility to cook your dishes separately too – removing the chance of cross contamination. In addition as each tank is controlled separately, you can also have different temperatures in each, so you’ve always got a frying tank ready for the next dish. Alternatively, during quieter hours, a tank can be powered down to further reduce running costs. To assist with the cleaning process, the fryer tank is pressed from a single piece of high quality stainless steel, meaning smooth edges and a round, easy-clean profile.
