Fitting for smaller takeaways, fast food businesses and fried fish shops, this compact model of the Opus 800 Propane Fryer is equally as capable of withstanding the intense demands of the commercial kitchen as its larger counterparts. Emptying used oil is made simple through a centralised drain hole into a container, rather than being drained through another pipe to the outside. Thanks to the way the heating system works the interior of the unit is left relatively unobstructed, making the task of cleaning far easier.
