A resourceful frying unit that operates with minimal downtime, the Opus 800 Twin Tank Fryer owes its efficiency to its sophisticated filtration system. This system allows used oil to be filtered and used again in the space of five minutes – even while the oil is still hot – which saves you spending on additional oil, cutting both costs and time out of your daily routine. By delicately controlling the frying temperature through the integrated thermostat you have complete control over the cooking process from entry through to draining the basket.
