Likewise, during quiet hours you can use a single tank to cut down on running costs, improving kitchen efficiency. The unit uses a twin pumped filtration system to recycle used oil within five minutes, cutting out the cost of additional oil usage. Both pumps are kept completely separated, avoiding cross contamination of oils to further extend your oil life as well as ensure optimal hygiene for your foods.
