Description
The Henny Penny PFG-600 Pressure Fryer is designed for low cost, high volume production of consistently excellent fried chicken. Frying under pressure enables lower cooking temperatures for longer oil life, and faster cooking times to meet peak demand. Pressure also seals in food’s natural juices and reduces the amount of oil absorbed into product.
- Built in filtration system filters and returns hot oil for immediate use
- Utilises a cold zone below the heating elements to prevent scorching and reduce filtering frequency
- 8000 Computron controller with up to 10 programmable cook cycles. Complete with idle, melt modes and prompted filtration
- Patented lid lock system keeps the lid sealed until pressure reduces to 1 psi
- Digital Control Panel with LED Display
- 4 heavy-duty casters, 2 locking
