The Falcon F900 E9342F2 electric fryer is a powerful solution for sites which need the flexibility of independent twin pan frying. Ideal for preventing cross-contamination of flavours or allergens, the twin pan design also means you can power down one of the tanks during quieter hours to save energy. The built-in filtration system helps to prolong the lifespan of the cooking oil, further reducing ongoing running costs. Whether you’re frying chips, chicken or seafood, the Falcon gives you the performance you need.

Supplied with 2 x fry baskets, 2 x fish plates, 2 x drain buckets, 2 x filter meshes and 2 x filter baskets.
