With its independent cooking tanks and an impressive combined output of up to 34kg of chips every hour, the Falcon G3845F gas fryer is a great solution for busy sites. A hugely flexible fryer, the G3845F allows you to cook foods completely separately, preventing flavour transfer and allergen cross-contamination. Each tank is independently controlled, helping you to save energy during quieter hours – only one tank can be fired when needed. When the oil needs replacing, each tank has separate filtration, making the Falcon exceptionally simple to clean and maintain.
