The Falcon Dominator Plus E3845 is a reliable and efficient electric fryer designed for commercial kitchens that need consistent, reliable, everyday performance. With independently-controlled twin pans, it allows you to fry different items simultaneously – perfect for cooking different dishes, or simply powering one side down to save energy during quieter hours.

The elements of the E3845 are extremely efficient, delivering fast heat up and recovery times, making the fryer perfect for busy kitchens. Each of the pan has a generous 10Ltr capacity, providing an output of up to 25kg of chips per pan, per hour.

Built to last, this freestanding fryer boasts strong stainless steel construction and user-friendly controls, making it easy to operate and maintain, even during the busiest of shifts.
