Falcon’s heavy duty, stainless steel Falcon Chieftain G1848X twin tank natural gas fryer is renowned for its impressively high output. This is due to a variety of special features that allow a longer-oil life compared to other models. Some of these include the sediment zone and lift out strainer, which prevents build-up of carbon debris. It also features an integral dust and debris cover to keep the machine clean and an accurate fast response operating thermostat with overriding safety thermostat.
