Falcon’s heavy duty twin electric Chieftain fryer has high yield performance as the oil lasts longer when the sediment zone, with lift out strainer, prevents build up of carbon debris. It also features precise temperature controls which are user friendly, and an electronically controlled operating thermostat with an overriding safety thermostat.
