Highly powerful and reliable, the Buffalo twin basket, single tank gas fryer is the perfect heavy duty solution for everyday frying in busy professional kitchens. With three vertical cast iron burners, the Buffalo fryer delivers impressive heat-up times and reduced recovery times – essential for sites where the unit is in constant use.

Its built-in adjustable thermostat provides accurate temperature control between 93-204°C, ensuring you get the cooking results you’re looking for. For safety, the fryer includes a limiter which helps to prevent oil overheating. In addition, the special design of the tank features a large cold zone, preventing food particles from scorching and contaminating the oil – perfect for maximising oil lifespan and reducing running costs.

Cleaning is simplified with the Buffalo fryer too, with its large stainless steel tank and built-in drain, it’s simple to remove the oil from the tank for a thorough clean.

Please note: configured for natural gas as standard. Includes simple conversion kit for LPG.
