The countertop E3121 Falcon Dominator Plus boiling top is perfect for multiple pot cooking in busy commercial catering establishments such as hotels, restaurants, canteens and takeaways. Featuring two fast heat-up boiling rings as well as two large, rectangular hotplates, the Falcon boiling top can easily accommodate the needs of busy kitchens. The dial thermostat controls are easy to use and precise, whilst the stainless steel construction is exceptionally durable and easy to clean.
