Heavy duty steel plated Lincat griddle with dual heat zones controlled independently. Thermostatically controlled for consistence performance and featuring a thick steel plate for even heat distribution and outstanding heat retention. The griddle also features a large fat collection drawer which is removable for ease of cleaning and a fat drainage channel which keeps surfaces free from grease.
