The Victor SERE Evolution Enclosed Front Refrigerated Display is a great fit for delis, coffee shops, convenience stores or any grab and go food outlet that wants to show off its goods. It’s built to last, with a mix of polished and satin finish stainless steel and sleek double-glazed glass. Standing 1350mm tall, it’s the ideal height to ensure staff can make eye contact with customers without obstruction.

Loading up the SERE is easy thanks to the sliding glazed door at the back. It lets you restock behind the scenes without disrupting the front display. Inside, you’ll find three adjustable 8mm toughened glass shelves that you can tilt up to 10°, perfect for making sandwiches, salads or pastries look appealing. The LED lighting on each shelf highlights your produce, and an integral ticket strip keeps your pricing neat and clear.

For easy maintenance, the stainless steel recessed well is removable for cleaning. The unit runs on a microprocessor temperature control with an automatic defrost and condensate handling system. It meets the EN ISO 23953 2:2005 standards and keeps things cold (from -1°C to +5 °C) even in warm kitchens.

Mounted on low level castors, you can move the SERE Evolution Enclosed Front Refrigerated Display around without too much trouble. Just plug it into a standard UK 13 A socket. The 2m cable gives you extra flexibility in positioning.
