Measuring 2mm thick and constructed from high quality stainless steel, the 16 wires power through any mixture with ease, helping to speed up your preparation times. The fixed handle offers a more comfortable and secure grip to help you whisk large quantities of ingredients quickly and easily. The thermoplastic handle is also heat resistant up to 220°C (428°F), giving you a cool touch when working at intense heats. A hook on the end of the handle also allows it to be hung up for more practical storage.
