The San Jamar Rapi-Kool cold paddles is the perfect solution for reducing cooling times. Simply place inside and the Rapi-Kool quickly works from the inside out, using special cooling fins which maximise surface area for faster chilling.
Perfect for soups and stews, the patented Fill-Rite design helps to reduce food waste caused by over-filling when pre freezing. And as the Rapi-Kool is made from durable polycarbonate, it’s easy to clean, food safe and long lasting. Suitable for up to 3.8Ltr.
