Description
This unit features a turbo-flow system that provides even heating throughout the oven cavity, resulting in less shrinkage, more moisture and better tasting products. Cooking status can be easily monitored, as the large display window allows you to view food as it is cooking, and the electric timer has an audible buzzer, reducing the risk of overcooking. The oven’s porcelainised interior also provides better browning, and the 2-speed fan motor allows for both high production cooking and delicate baking. Stand not included with oven
