The powerful main oven is has a generous internal capacity, with space for up to three full-size gastronorm trays inside. And as its fan-assisted, cooking times are reduced and you get even temperatures throughout the cavity, so there’s no need to swap shelves to achieve different temperatures.

The Buffalo 600 Series under counter oven also includes a handy grill function, allowing you to brown or finish off dishes without a separate grill – saving valuable kitchen space. As an undercounter oven, you can further expand the space efficiency of your kitchen by installing any other Buffalo Series 600mm wide appliances on top, converting the Buffalo oven into an all-in-one cooking station.
