Powerful and versatile, the Buffalo 600 Series electric oven range oven is a highly reliable cooking station for professional kitchens. Combining a powerful 3kW main convection oven alongside two 1.5kW hob rings and two 2kW rings, the oven range gives you the flexibility to cook a huge variety of dishes in one space-saving unit.

The main oven provides plenty of capacity, allowing up to three full size (1/1GN) inside at a time. Fan assisted cooking ensures even finishes every time, as well as consistent temperatures throughout the cabinets – so no need to move trays during cooking to achieve different temperatures. The oven also includes a grill function, allowing you to brown or finish dishes without a separate grill – perfect if your kitchen is limited on space.

Built with two 1.5kW rings and two 2kW rings, the hob provides four versatile cooking positions. And as the hob top is fully pressed and sealed, it’s easy to keep clean – simply wipe clean after use.

Part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this oven is designed to suite with other 600 Series appliances, giving you a tidy, seamless cook line whatever the size of your kitchen.
