This is the ultimate stainless steel Blue Seal convection oven with state of the art features, such as digital display time and temperature controls, with up to 20 programmes to choose from. The water injection feature brings excellent results when moisture or steam is required, whilst the bi-directional reversing fan enhances the efficiency and evenness of heating.
