Built-in intelligent assistants help you optimise every service, such as the iProductionManager system which automatically monitors each rack to give you the results you’re looking for. Cooking results are consistent and easily repeatable – simply let the Rational do the maths.

Energy efficiency is enhanced too – just specify you’re prioritising efficiency and the Rational will intelligently adjust its settings to cook to perfection whilst reducing running costs. And when it comes to cleaning and maintenance, the clever iCareSytem regularly monitors dirt build up and proposes the ideal cleaning set up and chemicals required at the appropriate time.
