The 5Ltr Scaritech drainage tray is a versatile and practical solution designed for efficient water management, often used in bakeries and busy professional kitchens.
Best known for its stackable design, the drainage tray fits on existing ladders and tables with 400 or 600mm access, providing a hygienic storage solution in cold rooms.
Coloured green, the tray is made to ensure the efficient drainage of liquid present in canned or defrosted food (water, juice, syrup), thereby maintaining cleanliness and preventing water stagnation around stored items. Thanks to the smooth, non-porous material which is rounded at the corners, the drainage tray is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe.
