Simply shake, turn upside down and squeeze. No more having to make purées early in the morning as ODK is ready for use and consistent all year round. The purée consists of only three ingredients and is free of any genetically modified fruits. The coconuts used are grown in the tropical climate of Sri Lanka and the coconuts yield the perfect balance of aroma and flavour.

About ODK
ODK purées are a favourite for many top-level bartenders all over the world. ODK was born in Turin in 1994 and quickly developed a product that is second to none. The purées consist of only three ingredients that are fresh fruit, water and sugar. The unique pasteurisation process means that the purée will last for one year on a shelf and for three months once opened.  The squeeze bottles make it easy to dispense purée and the special cap has a valve that prevents air entering the bottle and extends shelf life.
