Designed for everyday use, the 400x290mm Hasegawa T20 Pro-Soft cutting board cushions and absorbs the blows of your knife, helping to preserve your blade’s sharpness without impacting your prep. Perfect for when you’re doing delicate cuts, the combination of a soft, grippy surface of the T20 ensures you can spend more time preparing food, instead of sharpening knives or repositioning food.
The lightweight design of the wood core board makes it lighter than solid plastic boards. This makes it easy to handle and clean, as well as reducing the risk of injury if dropped. This doesn’t mean it’s light duty though – the Hasegawa T20 board is constructed for rigidity and does not easily warp or bend – even after long term use or high temperature washing. In fact, the board can be cleaned in the dishwasher when required.
