Description
The Dominator Plus E3405 chip scuttle mounted on a fixed stand is ideal for storing chips at the optimum holding temperature prior to serving. It accommodates a 1/1 gastronorm tray and features a heat source below the holding area with a heat lamp above. The draining plate is angled to ease scooping of the food from the container.

- Stand supplied flat-packed
- Height can be adjusted from 840 to 900mm (hob) and 1230 to 1290mm (top of unit)
- Accommodates 1/1 gastronorm containers up to 150mm deep, allowing for a large number of chips to be held
- Supplied with 1/1 gastronorm container so need to purchase as an accessory
- Height can be altered via adjustable legs
