This Wüsthof Gourmet 3-piece set contains the Chinese Chef’s Knife (wide, square blade), Santoku (with hollow edge) and Kitchen Shears (take-apart for easy washing).
Part of the Gourmet series, these kitchen knives are a smart start to your culinary adventure. Laser cut from high-quality German steel, knives in these series are hardened to 56 Rockwell through a 34-step manufacturing process, for a long-lasting and easily restorable edge.
Wüsthof’s blades are finished off with a comfortable ergonomic handle made from POM – a durable material with tight molecular structure to resist fading, discolouration and build-up of insanitary material.
The full tang, an extension of the blade under the handle, gives the knife reliable stability and optimum balance.
