Built with a highly durable corrosion resistant stainless steel tank, it handles acidic ingredients with ease whilst standing up to rigorous daily use. The 21kW armoured alloy heating elements provide rapid, even heating across the full surface of the pan, making it ideal for everything from bulk braising to delicate simmering.

Designed for reliability, the Giorik features a simple manual tilt mechanism, offering precise control when emptying large batches, whilst the double skinned counter balanced lid improves energy efficiency and safety. A powerhouse for busy kitchens in schools, hospitals or other similar large-scale food production areas.
