With 15kW of power, the bratt pan achieves heat quickly, whilst also recovering fast. And thanks to its motorised tilting system, it’s simple to empty when required – no need for manually lifting heavy pans. The Fagor 900 Series bratt pan is easy to clean too, with strong stainless steel construction throughout, as well as rounded internal corners in the pan, removing those hard-to-clean corners.
